Damaged in transit?
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We'll send a free replacement right away.

Moonquiet is an independent studio. Every piece is handcrafted to order and shipped internationally from our workshop, which means we can't accept returns the way large retailers do.

But we care about every person who wears our work. If something genuinely isn't right — the wrong size, a quality concern, anything that doesn't feel right — please write to us. We read every message ourselves and will always do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Moonlight 🌙

Place crystals on a windowsill overnight, best during a full moon. Safe for almost all stones.

Running Water 💧

Hold hard stones like Clear Quartz or Amethyst under cool water for a few minutes. Avoid soft/porous crystals such as Selenite, Lapis Lazuli, or Malachite.

Smudging 🔥

Pass crystals through sage, palo santo, or incense smoke for 30–60 seconds to clear energy.

Sound 🎶

Use a singing bowl, bell, or tuning fork. Vibrations reset the crystal’s frequency.

Salt 🧂

Place hard crystals on a bed of sea salt for a few hours. For delicate stones, keep salt nearby instead of direct contact.
