Shipping & Returns

At Moonquiet, every piece is created and packaged with intention and care. We want your experience with us — from order to delivery — to feel as thoughtful as the pieces themselves.

Processing Time

Every Moonquiet piece is handcrafted to order in our studio. Most orders are completed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.

Each piece is energetically cleansed under the full moon and packaged in our signature gift box before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Time

We ship globally with full tracking. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

USA: typically 7–11 business days
UK: typically 7–12 business days
Germany: typically 8–12 business days
France: typically 7–12 business days
Australia: typically 8–14 business days
Other regions: typically 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs or carrier delays during peak seasons.

Taxes & Duties

All prices include taxes and duties — what you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No customs surprises at delivery.

In rare cases where duty-paid shipping isn't available to your country, we'll reach out before processing your order.

Order Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your piece ships. Please allow 3–5 days after dispatch for tracking information to fully update.

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement right away, so your piece can reach you in the condition it was meant to be.

A Note on Returns

Moonquiet is an independent studio. Every piece is handcrafted to order and shipped internationally from our workshop, which means we can't accept returns the way large retailers do.

But we care about every person who wears our work. If something genuinely isn't right — the wrong size, a quality concern, anything that doesn't feel right — please write to us. We read every message ourselves and will always do our best to find a solution that works for you.
