In 2015, I hit a low point in my life.

I was emotionally overwhelmed, energetically drained, and physically exhausted—stuck in a heavy, low-vibration space I couldn’t seem to escape.

Then one day, I put on my very first crystal bracelet: a piece of natural amethyst.Something shifted.
It helped me move out of that stagnant energy, disconnect from what was depleting me, and begin calling in the people, opportunities, and abundance that truly aligned with me.

That’s when I realized:Crystals aren’t just jewelry. They’re energetic tools for transformation—bridges between who we are and who we’re becoming.

I began studying the Five Elements, energy work, shamanic practices, and the rhythm of nature.
