Return & Exchange Policy
If your bracelet is damaged in transit, we are more than happy to help.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and provide clear photos and video of the damage.

Because any physical damage may impact the crystal’s energy flow, we will gladly arrange a custom replacement at no extra cost.
